Preparation Studio · Document questions · No travel clearance
Keep the whole journey in one working sheet.
Compare the outward and return document guides, organize questions for the people responsible, and print your own preparation notes. Nothing is submitted, saved to an account, or assessed for travel eligibility.
Discussion organizer, not a compliance checklist. Checking a question only means you discussed it. The page does not verify documents, tell you which rule applies to your animal, calculate dates, or confirm a booking or entry. Use the linked original-source guides and the current official authorities for all decisions.

Your travel directions
Every direction has its own guide. A return trip is a separate legal and veterinary question, not the reverse of an automatically approved journey.
Only the twelve published document-guide directions are available here. Great Britain excludes Northern Ireland; France means metropolitan France. A guide does not cover every traveller, route, or exception.
02 / Who answers which question?
Four independent conversations
Use this visual handoff map to avoid treating a veterinary record, an authority response and carrier acceptance as the same decision. The order varies by itinerary.

Twelve prompts, grouped by responsibility
Tick a prompt after discussing it, not after completing a legal requirement. Tick counts are for conversation organization only.
0 of 12 questions marked discussed. Not a clearance score.
Species-specific discussion starter
For a dog, ask the veterinarian and destination authority which animal-specific conditions apply. Do not infer requirements from this worksheet.

Your questions and follow-ups
Write only non-sensitive administrative notes, such as a question to ask or a public authority page to revisit. Do not enter vaccination records, microchip IDs, passport numbers, names, contact information or medical details.

Notes and tick marks exist only in this browser tab until you clear them or leave the page. There is no upload, account or automatic saving. Use Print / Save as PDF if you want to keep a copy on your own device.
Before relying on an answer
Compare what the veterinarian, official issuing authority, first-border authority and operating carrier actually say. Record unresolved differences instead of treating one source as permission from the others. For original documents and source review dates, open the official source library. For detailed, route-specific discussion prompts, use the nine-question authority worksheet.
