Who is responsible for PetWaymark?
Serhat Kınalı owns PetWaymark and is responsible for its editorial decisions, corrections and publication. It is an independent project. Veterinary advice, official certificates, border decisions and transport acceptance come from the qualified professionals and organisations responsible for those tasks.
What you can use in this preview
We are preparing twelve English-language document explainers between Canada, metropolitan France, Great Britain and the United States, covering each pair in both directions. Great Britain means England, Wales and Scotland, excluding Northern Ireland. The guides explain ordinary private cat/dog document handoffs: veterinary records, destination-specific certification, the receiving check and an independent return. Each direction has its own limitations and questions; none is a complete entry checklist.

The worksheet prints four common prompts and five questions for the selected research direction, with room for handwritten replies. A tick means a question was discussed. The guides and worksheet leave trip-specific decisions to the actual veterinarian, first-entry authority and carrier.
How the material is prepared
AI tools assist with research organisation, drafting and technical checks. We trace explanatory claims to original official publications and keep conflicting or historical wording visible. An AI report, a source-check date or a passing website test does not establish an animal's eligibility.
Free access and minimal data
No account, document upload or personalised clearance score is offered. The worksheet does not save notes, ticks or route selections. Any future advertising and its privacy implications will be described before activation.
Corrections and contact
Our corrections page and contact page explain the current offline state. They do not yet receive submissions. A working correction channel must be verified before public release.
